Fitness training without equipment

When you are on holiday or travelling you do not always have access to a gym. There is no need for your training program to stop just because you are not at home. I stumbled upon (literally) these sites that contains exercises one can do almost anywhere. Having a goal to aim for also helps with the motivation.
